Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within
1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.
Returns
Return Policy
Eunoia offers
store credit only for approved returns. We do
not issue refunds to the original payment method.
Items may be returned within
10 days of delivery or store pickup date. All items must be in
original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their package if any item arrives damaged or if they wish to initiate a return.
Size & Fit Returns
We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky with sizing.
If your item doesn’t fit, you can request a
return for store credit or a
size exchange (subject to stock availability).
- To request an exchange for another size, please email info@eunoiashopus.com within 5 days of delivery.
- If your preferred size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
- All items returned for size exchange must meet the same condition requirements: new, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
Please note that shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The following items are
non-returnable:
- Intimates or personal hygiene items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Return Process
To initiate a return or size exchange, contact us at info@eunoiashopus.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, a
store credit will be issued for the product’s original value (excluding shipping costs).
Store credit can be applied toward any future purchase at
Eunoia.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee availability for size exchanges. If the requested size is unavailable, you will receive store credit to use on any future order.
